- OmniRIM provides all downloads and upgrade files for use by our customers at their own risk.
- OmniRIM recommends that you take advantage of our optional Implementation & Upgrade Services to help minimize any potential risks during an upgrade process.
- Please read our Upgrade FAQ.
- OmniRIM strongly advises our customers to test all Hotfixes, Service Packs and Major Releases in a non-production environment prior to installing them in your production environment.
- OmniRIM recommends that you do full backups of both your Application and Database environments prior to installing any Hotfixes, Service Packs or Major Releases, and that you test the integrity of those backups prior to the upgrade.
- These upgrades are intended to be used to upgrade a generic OmniRIM installation. If your OmniRIM installation includes any customizations (including custom reports) you will need to contact OmniCare Customer Support to help guide you through the upgrade process. Upgrading Custom functionality may be considered a billable engagement.
- Please carefully read all documentation and instructions before attempting an upgrade.

Note: Please contact OmniCare Customer Support at support@omnirim.com for the User ID and Password required to access to these downloads. This password will be different than the one that you utilize to access our "Create and View Cases" section! Please refer to our Upgrade FAQ article for answers to our most frequently asked questions.

DataDirect ODBC Database Drivers for Crystal Reports XI
(for Oracle only - Not needed for SQL Server) | These drivers must be installed prior to running the OmniRIM installation on your OmniRIM Application Server.
To install the ODBC Driver: - Copy the Oracle RAS Crystal\InstallODBCDriversvDD50_v11.zip file to a folder on the web server.
- Unzip the file.
- Run “Setup.exe.”
- If you choose a Custom installation, ensure that you select the Oracle_Driver component and all the related DLLs with it.

| Crystal Reports XI R2 w/SP6 | Crystal Reports needs to be installed on your OmniRIM Application server during the initial setup of the application. You will also need to download and install CR XI R2 SP 6.
Note: You will need to contact your OmniRIM Implementation Project Manager, or your assigned OmniRIM Installation Specialist to gain access to this password-protected download.
