Retention Recalculation Fails with Error "-1 out of xxxxxx"

Description:

Retention Recalculation Fails with Error "-1 out of xxxxxx"

Cause:

Solution:

1)Retention Recalc will fail if the fields PIB, PUR and/or VITAL have null values in the tables Folders, Primary1, Secondary and quatnary.

2)Are you running IIS 6.0? If so, be sure that the Application Protection setting is set to High-(Isolated) and try again.

3)Retention Recalc will fail if OPR is null for Semi-Active records.

4)Check your retention dates - if any dates are "invalid" or will exceed 12/31/9999 upon recalculation, the process will fail.

If this still does not resolve the error, click on the errors link in the Utilities menu - this will display the exact cause of the problem.
