Issue:
NetLabel fails with following error message: Error: Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.
Description:
When attempting to run any NetLabel report a blank white screen with the following error message appears:
Error: Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.
The standard Crystal Reports work fine.
Cause:
This is a known bug in some versions of OmniRIM.
The known versions are 6.4 SP2 HF12 to 7 SP1.
Solution:
To resolve this issue upgrade the client to
OmniRIM 7 SP1 HF1 (version 7.0.0.434)
