OmniCare Customer Support - Optional Services
Business Services
OSI will provide professional services to help Customer assess their current OmniRIM implementation and provide recommendations for changes to improve the efficiency of the Customers’ business process using OmniRIM. OSI will perform a Business Process Analysis as described below.
- Review Customer’s current records management procedures and processes, including but not limited to the inventory circulation “as is” process.
- Identify and document potential gaps in workflow.
- Identify and discuss considerations pertinent to increasing the user base. This will include, but not be limited to:
- Configuration Changes
- Security Considerations
- Overall business processes and workflows
- Review Customer’s current processes and workflows.
- Provide recommendations to improve workflows based on identifying the most effective use of OmniRIM to better meet Customer’s needs.
