Training
Our training courses provide you with the skills and knowledge to maximize the return on your investment from day one. OmniRIM instructors apply their extensive records management industry domain expertise while demonstrating their exemplary dedication to customer service and education delivery. OmniRIM provides effective, hands-on training in a classroom setting through instructor-led courses at either your site, OmniRIM’s training facility, or via online web-based training. To help you tailor the learning experience, we offer a selection of modules focused on end-user and/or train-the-trainer perspectives. Students receive comprehensive courseware materials and have the opportunity to observe and participate in feature demonstrations applicable to their on-the-job tasks. They also partake in interactive exercises during each training session. At the end of training, your staff will be proficient users of the OmniRIM application and will be prepared to apply their knowledge on the job.
