By joining forces, OmniRIM Solutions Inc. (OmniRIM) and Gimmal Group will deliver software and services including planning, integration, and implementation of unified physical and electronic records management systems. This alliance will leverage the combined knowledge and capabilities of both companies to help their mutual customers comply with prevailing information management regulations and corporate governance guidelines.
OmniRIM specializes in physical records management and retention policy management software that is seamlessly integrated with leading Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms such as EMC Documentum, Microsoft, and FileNet, an IBM company.
