This Fortune 100 insurance firm was looking for a solution to improve its existing in-house physical records management system in order to comply with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC Rules. It required a fully web-based, scalable enterprise solution to provide advanced records management functionality such as retention scheduling and records centre management.
