New Relationship Adds Advanced Physical Records Management capabilities to FileNet Records Manager and Email Manager Suites
Costa Mesa, Calif., and Vancouver, BC/Seattle, Wa. , May 10, 2005 — FileNet Corporation (NASDAQ: FILE), the leading provider of Enterprise Content and Business Process Management solutions, and OmniRIM Solutions Inc. today announced that OmniRIM has joined FileNet's ValueNet Program as a technology ISV partner. The new relationship brings OmniRIM's industry leading software solution module for advanced physical records management to the FileNet P8 platform, and to FileNet's Records Manager offering.
The new OmniRIM module will be offered as a value added component to customers of FileNet's Records Manager suite and is designed to provide users with robust, state of the art features and functionality for enhanced physical records management including advanced bar-coding capabilities, improved records warehouse management and advanced physical records management administration. The OmniRIM module can be included in new FileNet Records Manager deployments, or easily added to an existing system.
