New Director to Facilitate OmniRIM Expansion
Vancouver/Seattle - In preparation for an imminent expansion,
OmniRIM Solutions Inc. has added Ms. Dale Prosser to its executive
team to ensure its growth is measured and managed.
In the role of Director, Customer Support Services & Human Resources,
Ms. Prosser's mandate will be to grow the company by fifty percent
while maintaining the industry-leading customer focus of the organization.
"Dale's expertise as a change manager and a customer services/support
professional is exactly the skill set OmniRIM needs today," stated
CEO Ian Gordon. "With her experience and customer centricity, we
are assured that our growth will have a positive impact on new business
and on the overall satisfaction of our existing customer base."
In her previous position, Vice President of Customer Services and
Support at Chancery Software, Ms. Prosser built the Services division
and streamlined the Support processes to continually increase the
revenues and profitability. A major contributor to her success was
her ability to nurture and hire the requisite talent, from 1993
to 2003, where she grew and managed her team from 12 to 80 employees
and 20 contractors. Before Chancery, Dale was the Director of Operations
at Columbia Computing Services.
Ms. Prosser's management style is a perfect complement to the staff
and client team-based structure currently adopted at OmniRIM. Her
expertise and experience at building high performance work teams
will take this structure to the next level of productivity and success.
